I agree with the lack of communication, but people forget things need to be translated first and that take some time.
That said I still think they should stop wasting time doing useless lootboxes and focus in bring the rest of the content the game have. -

Just look at Closers, it's going so well and getting new content fast and from what I can see they interact with the community and care about feedback. The completely opposite from what is happening here.
Also they're removing the fatigue system.
